Make a difference

At the heart of every company is its people, and nowhere is this statement truer than at Solarcentury.

Every day it's our people who bring our mission to life.

And this works for our clients too; our clients tell us that the key reason they keep on coming back is because they enjoy working with Solarcentury people.

A great place to work

We operate clear policies not to discriminate based on gender, race, religion or sexual orientation. Our people come from all over the world; (to name a few) New Zealand, Greece, Jamaica, India, Chile, Kenya, Canada, Hungary and South Africa. We have an active campaign in the press and LinkedIn to encourage women to work in the sector – it’s not only a man’s world!

Join us

Solarcentury is committed to providing equal opportunities in employment to all employees and applicants for employment and thereby demonstrate to its customers, employees and all other stakeholders that its people policies and procedures are fair, unbiased and objective.

Equal opportunities in Solarcentury means freedom from discrimination on the grounds of sex, working patterns, ethnic or national origin, colour, marital status, disability, sexual orientation, religion or belief, or age.

Unfortunately we’re not currently in a position to sponsor employees from overseas. Therefore all candidates will be asked to provide proof of eligibility to work in the UK during the recruitment process.
